Delivery Information

Eresos offers complimentary express delivery (1-2 working days) on all UK orders over £70.

For orders below £70 customers can select:

• Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24), cost £5.99
• Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48), cost £4.99

At time of launch, we currently offer no international delivery.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping distance and may vary. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday

Returns Policy

You may return, only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and re-sellable within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.

NB. For damaged or defective goods we will provide return shipping label and reimburse any initial shipping costs. However, if a purchase is returned because it is no longer wanted, we are unable to provide return shipping label and initial shipping costs will not be included within the refund.
